2012 Soccer Sign-ups

The Cleveland Park Commission will be
taking sign-ups for the Soccer Program

Sign up start Janurary 3rd, through January 20th

Boys and Girls with ages between 6 yrs old -12 yrs old

Age Cut-off Date is April 1st

Cost is $20.00

First time players MUST have birth certificate at the time of sign-up!
